Every student holds a spark of potential. At the University of Lethbridge, our job is to nurture that spark and help you discover what makes you shine.  It’s about more than an education; we want you to find your path and give you the tools for a lifetime of personal and professional success.

Join our Open House to learn about our programs and the extraordinary opportunities available to you at uLethbridge. There will be a Faculty and Student Services booth fair, campus tours and sessions about everything from programs and admission, opportunities to enhance your degree and student experience, to graduate student information.

We are opening our campus so you can explore the facilities available to uLethbridge students. Speak one-on-one with University faculty and staff, and student service providers to get the information you need to make an informed decision about your post-secondary future. We are very excited to include our Graduate programs and Services in our Open House this year, providing a unique opportunity for you to begin learning about all your opportunities for achieving your career and academic goals.

Whether you are currently in high school, or a transfer, mature, international or future graduate student, we invite you to our Open House!

Graduate Students, we have something for you too!

The School of Graduate Studies (SGS) at uLethbridge invites all prospective graduate students (have one or more university degrees) to the Open House on October 20, 2018. The Open House is an excellent opportunity to learn about program offerings, funding opportunities, student services, research centres and institutes, and facilities available at uLethbridge. During the event, you will be able to connect with SGS staff, faculty members and current graduate “Shining Students,” who will share their student experiences. Campus tours are also available!

We live where the Rocky Mountains meet the Alberta Prairies, an area surrounded by big skies, vast plains, rolling river valleys and a view of snowtopped mountain peaks. Home to 99,000 people, Lethbridge is a place where ideas grow. With both a university and a college, we are a campus community. Culturally vibrant with a flourishing arts scene and active social scene, we boast stunning scenery (the High Level Bridge and the Oldman River); four distinct seasons; spectacular sunrises and glowing sunsets that illuminate Alberta’s big sky. You can drive anywhere in our city in 20 minutes.

There is plenty to do both on campus and off. Listen to a band; go for coffee; watch a movie (one of our theatres is owned by a uLethbridge alumnus and movies only cost $5!); check out festival square; take in a game or a concert; go to a play in Galt Gardens; sing at an open mic night or go to a comedy show. Lethbridge offers something for everyone.

Southern Alberta is home to some of the world’s best skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking and camping spots, and Lethbridge is a stone’s throw from a variety of provincial and national parks, like Waterton Lakes and Kananaskis; heritage and historic sites, like Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump and Writing-On-Stone; as well as the U.S., B.C. and Saskatchewan borders. We are two hours away from Calgary, which has an international airport.
